Use this page if you want your account permanently deleted. We verify each request before deletion and may keep limited records where the law or legitimate business operations require it.
To delete your DeeJovicx Logistics account, send a request from the email address associated with your account to hello@deejovicxlogistics.com.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your full name, phone number, and any other details that help us identify the correct account.
For your protection, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before any deletion action is completed.
Once your request is verified and approved, we will delete or permanently deactivate the personal profile information associated with your account from our active systems where reasonably possible.
Certain records may still be retained after account deletion where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We aim to review and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. Complex requests may take longer where additional identity checks or legal review are necessary.
If we cannot fully delete certain records, we will limit their use to the purposes that justify retention.
